2000-2003, Claire worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New
Jersey. From September 1999-2000, Claire clerked for the Honorable Michael Winkelstein, Assignment Judge of the Atlantic-Cape May County vicinages. Claire

since December 2003. Joe joined Swift Law
Firm in December 2003. Prior to
working with Swift Law Firm, Joe clerked for the Honorable Vincent Segal,
Presiding Family Judge of the Atlantic-Cape May County vicinages. Joe obtained
his Juris Doctor of Law from the Rutgers School of Law in 2002. Joe earned his

Jennifer C. Swift, Office
Administrator, has been with Swift Law Firm since
2000. Prior to joining the firm, Jen worked at
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Children’s
Seashore House as a Registered Nurse/Pediatric Nurse
Practitioner for 15 years. Jen received her Masters
Degree in Nursing from the University of
Pennsylvania in 1989. Jen earned her Bachelors of
Science in Nursing from Villanova University in
1986. Jen also graduated from Atlantic City High
School in 1982.

Jennifer
Broeck Barr Swift, Esq. has been licensed to
practice law in New Jersey since 1998. She joined
Swift Law Firm in 2002. Prior to working with the
firm, Jennifer worked for the law firm, Ross and
Rubino, which specialized in complex litigation
matters. Before that, Jennifer served as an
Appellate Division Law Clerk for the Hon. Steven Z.
Kleiner in the Superior Court of New Jersey,
Appellate Division during the 1998-99 term.
Jennifer graduated from Rutgers Law School in
Newark, New Jersey in 1998 where she was the
Managing Editor of the Rutgers Computer and
Technology Law Journal. Jennifer received a Bachelor
of Arts in History from the University of Michigan
in 1992.
